Time to start work

Friday was the day that myself and another employee, Victor Fernandes who will be helping out at Lakeland, sat down with the owner of the academy and Jaedan and outlined what he wanted to happen this summer in regards to Jaedan's tennis and her progress. Our meeting involved him telling us what he expected of us and why he wanted us to come here for the summer. Myself and victor have the same roles and responsibilities however some aspects we focus on more. Mine, is to help Jaedan focus on the fitness side of her tennis so going to all yoga, speed and agility and running with her. Hitting with her alongside Victor, also hitting with the other players and helping the develop mentally and physically. Victor's role is also similar only he is also hitting with Jaedan and working with the other players on a more higher level making sure they are doing what they are meant to be doing during sessions and sometimes planning sessions. Both of us sometimes taking individual lessons. I also have the role watching the players matches, charting them and when needed helping book accommodation. He also went over that we need to wear. This is fairly casual tennis clothing and there is no need to wear Lakeland specific clothing! (however I ordered loads of lakeland clothing as its so nice!)
