Background: Growing up in Ann Arbor, Melissa went to Michigan State University as swimmer athlete whilst gaining a degree in Psychology. Since they she has been a full time mum for three kids. All of which play tennis and one in particular who is a full time tennis player at 13.
She used to work at Lakeland as a Tennis Coach however, now she has the role of Club Manager. Here she has many duties such as payroll, hiring, marketing and scheduling. Melissa has now known Auggie for 6 years and has been working with him for 5 years. And he has also been coaching her daughter for 6 years!

Auggie was born in Brazil and moved to Russia, Germany and now currently lives in America. Auggie graduted in aeromatics from the University of Oklohoma to then continue to do a masters. After this he worked for a company called honeywell, travelling all over the world for 20 years to 87 countries. One of his daughters paolina played tennis but unfortunalety retired. Auggie retired from his job and decided to invest in a tennis academy, Lakeland. He deleveloped the academy into a high standard academy which now attracts lots of players. He also added outdoor courts and chnged many business aspects of the business. He also coaches many of the players here at Lakeland
Tracey - Business Manager

Background: Tracey graduated from the Univeristy of Wisconsin with an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Before working for lakeland Tracey had varoius jobs such as working at American family insurance, Honeywell, Hess Industries and now at Lakeland since September 2011. These roles were mainly business director or a forecaster.
